Stevie is a giver of love, strength, and good vibes! Her own dedicated daily Sadhana is currently an embodiment of the mind, body, and soul-feeling flow, an experience she seeks to impart to her students. As a yoga instructor (e-RYT200, Yoga Alliance) Bolger's training derives from the lineage of Sri T. Krishnamacharya (teacher of Sri K. Pattabhi Jois, B.K.S. Iyengar and T.K.V. Desikachar). Stevie first studied under Suzanne Leitner-Wise, and is currently pursuing her 500-hour certification under the instruction of Prana Flow founder Shiva Rea. Yoga has been Stevie's lifeline. She practices to be in service to herself, and teaches to be in service to the world. The physical and the philosophic are powerfully connected in her personal practice, a holistic approach she extends through her teaching. Yoga is found infinitely beyond movement on the mat - as the choice to live consciously, with heightened awareness and the courage to be our most authentic self. This philosophy is fostered as one moves rhythmically through asana, ultimately making way for each moment in life to be in yogic harmony with the world at large.
Through her years of guiding students through movement and embodiment, Stevie made the decision to enter into birth work. She is now a Professional Birth Doula trained with ICEA. Discover more via her website Embodied Birthing.
